    People and Groups

How can I move "People and Groups" off the home page to a different page?  Thanks......

You can remove it off of the Quick launch bar.  This would prevent ordinary users from being able to see it and allow only those who can get to Site Settings (through clicking Site Actions - Site Settings)

I need a little clarification here. There is a link called People and Groups in the Quick Launch bar of your entrance page. You'd like to remove that from your entrance page. Where would you like it to go? What is the other page? Do you want it as part of a content link or part of another menu on other pages?

    Re: People and Groups

I would lke to move it off the enrance page and move it to the next page in line.  For example the entrance page is titled "Home", I would like to move it to the next page titled "Resident Information".  The entire thought in moving it is I wish to make the Home page accessable to the internet and I guess I don't want the resident info there.  Geezz, this is a little confusing, but I am muddeling my way through.  Actually I am enjoying this as it really stimulates my mental processes.  Again, I really appreciate the time you take to help a novice such as myself.

Not sure what you mean here. Have you actually created a page called "Resident Information", or is that a subsite? What does 'next page in line' mean?
