    Hello!

    Microsoft says here that "the maximum number of forward links that you can add to a wiki page is 100".

    Do they mean "page" or the whole wiki?

    100 per page. If it was restricting the entire wiki, then you'd only be able to have 100 pages, which is a little bit of nothing.
