I have created a list of emplyees and in that list I have a check box which allows user to check if an emplyess is a manager. I am using this list to develop a Infopath form with a dropdown control box named ManagerName. I apply a rule that if manager check box is "1" than that ManagerName should be concatnated to employees FirstName+LastName from the employee list. But some how ManagerName dropdownbox does not show names proper way and show only one name in correcly and rest are shown only first name and also if I fill in other text box and dropdown box then ManagerName box suddenly shows names multiple times.
Can anybody please help me as to how to use properly calculated coulmns in Infopath Forms 2007?
