Hmm [^o)] I'm wondering if this is possible...

I dont' know how many of you have worked with document conversion with MOSS 2007, but I'm wondering if I can do something...

I have my server set up to do Document Conversion, and all of that is running. I have custom columns attached to a content type that is derived from the 'Document' type. I set the Content type to use a specific InfoPath Form so that the user can edit my properties, and set the page layout to a custom one that I've created. On this Page Layout I have two site columns added: Abstract and Body Paragraph.

Now when setting up the content type, you can tell it to publish its information to a field (in this case Body Paragraph). What I am wondering is with the default converter, would it be possible to also populate the Abstract field on the page from the Abstract field I added to the content type.

I've verified that the information is indeed being stored in the Document Library, but when i look at the page's properties, the information is not there (only the Body Paragraph is populated).

     Any thoughts?
