SharePoint University

Hi all, I have two users, both listed under "My sites and user profiles" -> "User profiles and properties" -> "Profile configuration and import" -> "See user profiles"; both from Active Directory. Neither of them can be searched or has access to their respective "My Site" sites but can be added as co-workers (the list on my personal "My Site"). The import is always successful and the crawl service is crawling. Any ideas on why 2 people out of 85 won't have access? How can this problem be solved?

I don't know if this helps but we've deleted the user's Mysite site collection from Central Administration, gave the user permissions to upload documents, but still prompted to log in; none of this helped us but may help you. 

Our particular user is still being prompted to login with username and pswd but this just reprompts her each time.  In our case, the user was just updateding their site with a new background theme when first login box occurred.  Hope this helps!
