Well, one problem is fixed, here comes another!

Starting this morning, anyone trying to approve a password protected workflow gets the http 401, unauthorized, invalid password error. Can anyone help with this???

*Invalid password please retry. [The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.]

I need some clarification... I've never heard of a "password protected workflow". (Of course it's been a long week and I can barely remember my last name, so maybe it's a memory problem.) Do you mean the library/list has custom access permissions? The document has restricted access? What's the story?

What a day, I just typed up a reply message and accidentally hit back and it disappeared. Sorry if im not completely understandable, i was up here until 4am and got back at 7am working on sharepoint. Right now its currently down, and we are attempting a disaster recovery, but it isnt going too well. We are going to try to just get it back to the state it was at when we were getting the errors with the workflows. ANyways, our sharepoint site was customized to have password protected serial and parallel workflows. This all happened before I came here on site and was done by a 3rd party vendor.

Customized by a third party vendor... sounds like a phone call is in order. Have you called the vendor?
