    Hi,

    Explain the Wiki pages in Sharepoint .which groups of people can read drafts of list items and files.

     Wiki pages are the same as regular content management pages in MOSS.  Basically anyone with Contributor and up can read drafts, publishers and up can publish the Wiki pages so that readers of the site can see them.
