    Using sharepoint with Teradata

Guys, I would like to know if its possible to use my teradata database at backend and use it with my sharepoint. Its more like, I have all the database stored in teradata and I would like to integrate it with sharepoint site that I have. Would want the site to show different forms generated with the help of data from my database and at the end, display me reports.

Is all this possible with sharepoint or not?

    Thank you.

I know nothing about teradata...  but assuming there is a data provider you can use in .Net to connect to your teradata database, then you can absolutely obtain data from teradata.

Based on this Google search, it looks like a .Net data provider for Teradata exists:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=teradata+.net+data+provider

From a coding standpoint, you can do anything you want in SharePoint if you can do it in .Net code.
