    My requirement is to use "Asp.net web application as a web part in Sharepoint Site (WSS 3.0)" How to do this? From where to start it? If any Idea then please share it to give me a chance of thanks.

    you may try  create your web application in the layouts directory ！

    This isn't the best solution, but at times I've created my web app wherever I wanted and then diplayed it in SharePoint using the page viewer web part.
