Ok, what am I missing? I'm trying to connect a new server to the farm, and when I attempt to connect to the database while using the config tool, it can't connect. Checking the logs, it says that login failed for user ' '. So it's apparently not sending the credentials over for the account I need it to use. Why? I must be missing something somewhere - any ideas?
If, using the config tool, I attempt to create a new farm, and attempt to connect to the database it tells me my password is wrong. I tried so many times I locked the account out. I know the password, I know it's correct as it was the same account I used to log into the server itself. Again, there is some disconnect between the server and SQL. Any ideas what I should check? My other portal boxes are seeing the SQL box just fine.
I'm stumped!
