    Document Libraries and Custom Columns

    Hi everyone,

    At the moment I'm having a difficulty with my document library. I have a column in the library called "Manager". This is a "People or Group" kind of column which allows you to pick from users in the Manager group.

    When you upload a document it works fine, you're able to select only the users that are in the Manager group as planned.

    However, when you create a new document in the document library and save it, it asks you to specify the Manager field and it presents every user and group available, not just the users in the Manager group.

    This obviously is a problem since we want the user to be able to only select users that are in the Managers group.

    Any ideas or advice?
