Automatic docs naming from metadata

Hi everyone! I'm a SharePoint consultant (not a programmer) and i'd like to know if anyone know how to generate a mandatory naming for documents in a library from metadata enter by users. The client is using MOSS. Workflow? Infopath form? Customize the web form? Thanks in advance! Mylène

EventHandler trigger

Hello everybody, i've a question on how to trigger an eventhandler on load form (i mean not when an item added or adding or list added or adding (that are the basic thing)). what i want is when a page load(Newform.aspx or AllItems.aspx etc..) the event must be trigged. i hope have a solution soon...

Does your site collection go by another Url? e.g. in Central Administration, what is the Url of the site collection? Have you tried that Url? If it is something other than http://10.10.10.10, then if you set up your Alternate Access Mappings to include http://10.10.10.10 for your web application then...

MOSS site template vs site definition

Can someone explain the differences (pros and cons) between the use of Site Templates vs Site Definitions ? I was told that for scalability and performance, Site Definition is the way to go. Any advise is much appreciated! Thanks.

Combobox selected intex changed event to populate another combobox values
