    Check your Authentication Provider in Central Admin/Application Mgmt... If you are set to BASIC, you will get crawl errors. One fix is shown below.     Check your Authentication Provider settings. Are you using BASIC or NTLM? If you are using BASIC, that could be the source of the problem. We have been battling "Access Denied" errors forever, and only recently came across an MSDN article that addresses the issue: http://technet2.microsoft...
