    Try this: Check the "Farm Topology" your server name must be NetBIOS, i was having the same BIG troble! and that solution works for me In your Database server open a query and check into the SharePoint_Config database the next: "SELECT name FROM Objects WHERE name='<your_NetBIOS_servername>'"...
