  • Re: Viewing PowerPoint Shows from a WSS document library

UncleJay/Mark, I found another post with the solution... I don't know if IE 7.0 is the problem, or maybe an update to SP2, but the culprit is the registry. I did the following and it worked. For some reason it did not change the .ppsx (2007 PowerPoint Show), but the .ppt and .pps worked without a...

  • Re: Viewing PowerPoint Shows from a WSS document library

Instead it forces my PowerPoint 2007 to open an editable version (I have not tested it to see if...

  • Re: Viewing PowerPoint Shows from a WSS document library

Mark, Did you ever solve your PowerPoint/Page Viewer problem? My quick solution is to save the PowerPoint as a Single Page File. It will not only display the PPT in the web part, but gives the view some nice controls with a built in Frame display. But back to the original problem. I cannot open the ...

  • Number of wiki-pages in WSS and MOSS really limited?

Hello! Microsoft says here that "the maximum number of forward links that you can add to a wiki page is 100". Do they mean "page" or the whole wiki? Regards Nils
