Permanently delete a user (user still appears in search result)

Hi Recently we have changed the AD from OLD_DOMAIN to NEW_DOMAIN. The users have been moved from OLD_DOMAIN\userA to NEW_DOMAIN\userA. Yes, mysites should generally be in a separate web app. I did that with my Sharepoint config. It just makes things so much easier when you set everything up. Personal Site Services is the URL of the web app where your mysites is located. You get this when you create a separate web app just for mysites...

Re: Webparts not available in My Site

My plan is to prepopulate the homepages with a a number of webparts - I can't expect every user to add them. How do I go about this? Where is the MySite template/site definition stored? Thanks for your help.
