moving a subsite

Hi! I have a sub-site in a web application, lets say http://mysharepoint:333/subsite/ and I want to move subsite (not the whole site in 333) to its own pool application: http://mysharepoint:444 . How should I do this? Thank you in advance.

Changing a site template - Updating all sites from that template
