cannot find "SearchCenter with Tabs" Template

Besides the MS SharePoint templates, are there free templates available which can be downloaded for SharePoint development? Content Types

I have tried to put two content types(custom Infopath forms, form1.xsn, form2.xsn) in the same folder. The two forms share some fields (Procedure, Name, Closed, Status). When I added them to the test folder, I noticed they would share Status but not field names like StandardProcedure, FirstName, etc...

MOSS Help Desk Template Customization
