  • HelpDesk Template customizations - I messed up the Resources link!

    I was playing with the HelpDesk Fab 40 template and made some modifications to how it worked, added some workflows and had it working great. Went through a week of testing with the Help Desk guys, they loved it, and we went live with it yesterday... Today they asked me if I could remove the Status [RESOLVED...

  • Content Types

    I have tried to put two content types(custom Infopath forms, form1.xsn, form2.xsn) in the same folder. The two forms share some fields (Procedure, Name, Closed, Status). When I added them to the test folder, I noticed they would share Status but not field names like StandardProcedure, FirstName, etc...
