    Does your grouped web part have more than 100 items, but is using the default Item Limit of 100? [Or the view's Item Limt < number of source list items]. I was preparing an MS support-call for this, when a colleague who reproduced the issue noticed the filtering was applied for the first 100 items...

    I have set up two web parts - one is a list (source) and the other is a grouped (collapsed by default) view of a library, which includes a column with the same possible values as the source list. I have set up a web connection so that when the selects a value from the list, it will filter the library...
